Are you a polished Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment? We're partnering with a well-established Houston organization seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide support to the CEO and executive leadership team during a critical transition period.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys managing competing priorities, anticipating needs, and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinate complex domestic and occasional international travel arrangements
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and executive schedules
  • Arrange meeting spaces, executive events, and business dinners
  • Assist with the preparation and finalization of presentations and executive materials
  • Support board-related activities and executive communications
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Serve as a key resource in ensuring executive priorities are executed efficiently

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Professional presence and communication skills
  • Proven experience coordinating executive travel and logistics
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience interacting with executive leadership and/or boards is highly preferred
